테일러스 패밀리 와인은 3대에 걸린 가족경영와이너리 입니다. 보르도 와인에 영감을 받은 빌 테일러는 남호주의 클레어밸리에서 그의 꿈을 펼치기 시작했습니다. 최초로 매입한 작은 포도밭을 개간하던 중 작은 해마 3마리가 그려진 화석을 발견했고, 그들은 이 해마를 운명으로 받아들여 와이너리의 아이콘으로 삼았습니다. 현재는 남호주 클레어밸리에서 호주의 로칠드라는 닉네임으로 불리며, 클레어밸리 최고의 와이너리로 자리잡았습니다. 제임스 할리데이로부터 5스타 와이너리로 선정되기도 하였으며, 와인의 스크류캡을 전세계에서 최초로 사용한 와이너리 중 하나입니다.
