와인 & 생산자 소개
부페토(Buffeteau) 와이너리는 보르도 동남쪽에 위치한 앙트르뒤메르(Entre-Duex-Mers)의 남쪽에 있는 와이너리로 약 1800 헥타르에서 연간 20만병의 와인을 생산합니다. 1920년대 말부터 시작해 현재 Jean-Luc Buffeteau씨와 그의 딸 Claire씨가 4대째 와인을 제조하고 있습니다.
2012년 Le Système de Management des Vins de Bordeaux (SME) 의 회원이 돼 ISO 14001 인증을 받았으며, 2017년에는 친환경인증인 High Environmental Value(HVE) 라벨을 유지하고 있습니다. 2019년 유기농 농법을 결합해 2023년 초에 첫 유기농 인증 빈티지가 출시됐습니다.
